On the 7th Founding Anniversary of the State of Birland organized by Birland Representatives to Nepal where Honorable President of the State of Birland HRM King Emir Haiyawi, Honorable Prime Minister of the State of Birland HRM Queen Prof. Dr. Eden Soriano Trinidad, Honorable Deputy Prime Minister of the State of Birland Grand Master Jason and other Dignitaries and Organization Directors were present.
On 12th May 2022, the Lt. Gen. Sir Dr. Arun Kumar Chaliha, World Chief Secretary General of Intergovernmental Organizations Cooperation treaties, visited Nepal for a Diplomatic meeting for the great cause of doing greater good to humanity and human development, and on 13th may 2022, the meeting lead to a final decision and Intergovernmental Organizations Cooperation Treaty 1 get signed between the State of Birland, Embo Kingdom, Bakholokoe Nation, Agbalakata of 111 of IGGA Ancient Kingdom. Some Treaties also get signed online.
Treaty 1 got signed to do good to humanity and human development by connecting Police Commissions/ Police Services from all governments so that to perform fluently in resolving disputes between governments of State/ Monarchies/ Kingdoms, for resolving Criminal activities between governments of state/ monarchies/ kingdoms those may affect International relations, for doing educational, scientific, social, cultural and economic development by connecting Police Commissions/ Police Services from all governments so that to make police officials in engagement for doing social activities to develop friendly relations with their Citizens to whom they get responsibilities to do security or to do safeguard or to do protect the Laws of their State/ Monarchies/ Kingdoms. In this Intergovernmental Organizations Cooperation, the World Chief Executive General; Gen. GM Sir Dr. Jasbir Singh, and the World Chief Secretary-General; Lt. Gen. Sir Dr. Arun Kumar Chaliha, shall equally perform their supreme administration by forming the Supreme General Secretariat of this Intergovernmental Organizations Cooperation. However, the World Chief Executive General had appointed GM Dr. Manjit Singh as the World Joint Principal Secretary.
During the visit, the Jara Foundation, Nepal, and the Federation Of World Cultural and Art Society, Singapore, also signed the treaty to take participation as Consultative Status Organization. Both the Organizations Founders had said by engaging ourselves with this Intergovernmental Organizations Cooperation and also under supreme guidance and supervision of the Supreme General Secretariat of This Intergovernmental Organizations Cooperation, We can get the platform to serve around the worldwide society, and we are thankful to the World Chief Secretary-General for that. The World Chief Secretary-General; Lt. Gen. Sir Dr. Arun Kumar Chaliha, said that we are the real source for the participation of the United Nations for really do perform for serving states/ monarchies/ Kingdoms/ Chiefdoms so that to do real humanitarian work, humanitarian aid, educational, social, economic, cultural development.
We are also a good platform for all Non-Profit Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, and Corporate Organizations for providing them an original and ultimate path to serve society for humanity and human development. Various governments are already participating, but we are seeking cooperation with those who really want our aim, goal, services, and missions. Various Organizations have also participated with us on this greater path. We feel happy that God selected us for this greater cause. “Omkar bajya roopaya Dakshina murtaye Namaha” means we all came from one god, and we need to search for our real existence, and why we came to this manifestation and also after reaching our ultimate spiritual existence by connection to Anti matter of this Universal Creation, we can become Dakshina (the real purposeful body) of this Cosmic Manifestation and Myself along with the World Chief Executive General; Gen. GM Sir Dr. Jasbir Singh is doing this path towards greater good to humanity and human development by this principle.
