Ritu pherwani Mom of twin daughters and wife of a loving husband,she is passionate about art music and creativity. She is an educator in Vikas The Concept School.
She saw so many people suffering due to covid -19 in 2020, She couldn’t help them overcome their illness , Since she didn’t have any health related degree or diploma , she was unaware of the natural way of healing their health problems.
So she decided to learn Yoga Therapy and help a number of people at one time with breathing and meditation.
She completed her 500 International Yoga Instructor Diploma and Yoga Therapy Certification from Ayush Ministry Govt of India.
She have seen housewives suffering from stress and due to stress they are obese and having health problems.
So she started the “Weight Burster VS Stress Burster” Program where they learn Yoga , Pranayama and Dance Fitness.
She get so much love and appreciation from people because they find her session a unique one.
She work on the stress among teenagers kids and women and the problems caused by stress like PCOD in teens and confusion and anxiety in kids .
She heal women suffering from various ailments and help them live happily and improve their energy levels .
She believe in positive vibes and the power of positivity.
She is also speclised in yog nidra and meditation and help women live peacefully.she teach the work and life balancing techniques and how to face challenges in life . She is a sport nutritionist and help children gain strength with proper nutrition.
She teach them meditation and pranayama to improve their mental health. Since each sport needs healthy body and mind , so she focus on the proper balance in both body and mind .
Her vision is to see women free from all ailments because women takes all responsibilities and take care of everyone in the house but not herself.
So She needs something which can help her overcome any health problem with less time.
Well Ritu pherwani have planned session in a way which will be helpful for their holistic wellness.
Talking about Rural Girl Child Education, The Project Balika Vidya gave me a unique identity when I adopted a rural girl child education. My life is useful for a girl who will educate a generation.
