27 March 2024, Wednesday – Aambra Foundation headed by Ms. Vinita Bakshi (Founder) organized the 15th edition of SheSpeaks, a dynamic symposium aimed at celebrating and empowering women in entrepreneurial ventures, unfolding a riveting tapestry of discussions, insights, and creative expressions. Held at India International Centre, the event showcased a diverse range of perspectives, from insightful panel discussions to engaging book discussions, captivating poetry recitations and inspiring entrepreneurial success stories from women.
The 15th edition of SheSpeaks convened prominent figures including leaders, government officials, entrepreneurs, poets, authors, and executives from major corporations and businesses.
The seminar commenced with the inaugural lamp lighting and included esteemed dignitaries, Ms Rashmi Singh IAS, Resident Commissioner Jammu and Kashmir, Ajay Kumar Bisht, IAS, Spl. Com Dept. Trade & Taxes, Saurabh Bajpai, Dy General Manager SIDBI, Sairee Chahal CEO of SHEROES, Ajay Mishra, VP and Market Unit Head, Accenture Technology, Dr Anand Rangathanathan, Author and Professor at Jawaharlal Nehru University, Ms. Vandana Seth, Founder & CEO of RV Solutions and the Founder and President. of Aambra Foundation Ms. Vinita Bakshi.
The event kicked off with a thought-provoking panel discussion featuring eminent personalities from various fields. Moderated by Ms. Vinita, the discussion delved into the nuanced topic of “Women in Entrepreneurial Ventures.” Sairee Chalal, renowned entrepreneur, shed light on the prevalence of imposter syndrome among women and its impact on their journey to success. Ms. Rashmi Singh shared her invaluable insights gleaned from her rich experience in the professional realm, enriching the discourse further.
Following the enriching panel discussion, attendees were treated to a stimulating book discussion led by Dr. Anand Rangathan. Dr. Rangathan engaged the audience with insights from his book, “Hindus in Hindu Rashtra,” and passionately addressed pertinent questions posed by the youth, aligning them with the themes explored in his work.
Transitioning from prose to poetry, the event embraced the artistic realm with poets reciting evocative verses on the theme of women’s inclusivity. Their words resonated deeply, adding another layer of meaning to the discourse on empowerment and equality.
The culmination of the event witnessed a poignant segment where women entrepreneurs shared their personal narratives, shedding light on the challenges and triumphs of their entrepreneurial journeys. Their stories served as a beacon of inspiration, igniting a collective spirit of resilience and determination among the attendees.

About the Founder Vinita Bakshi, Author of 31 miles, a Trainer, International Speaker and as a sustainable development mentor advocates to bring a new dawn to the lives of underprivileged women, improving the quality of life of the oppressed and marginalized sections, elderly people, out-of-school children since 2012. A motivational speaker also works on emotional wellness. A pioneer to have set up a Toll Free Emotional Health Helpline on 15th August 2020. She has consistently nurtured talent through skill development programs and by setting up Aambrotsave dedicated to art, craft, literature and culture. A compassionate and versatile person lives with her family in New Delhi. She has also written the narration (VO), for the lead protagonist of a Bollywood commercial film ‘Paharganj’. Vinita enables gender empowerment, sensitization and neutrality in sustainable policy decisions for corporate, central and state government entities and other aggrupations that seek her empathy based expertise. An alumna of Miranda House, has a Masters in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics, Bachelors in Education, a post Graduate in Public Relations and Mass Com.
